An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 struck Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, on July 21, 2023, at 4:09 AM IST. The epicenter of the earthquake was located about 9 kilometers from Jaipur, at a depth of 10 kilometers.


The earthquake was felt across a wide area of Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Ajmer, Sikar, and Bharatpur. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.


The National Center for Seismology (NCS) has issued a yellow alert for Rajasthan, advising people to be cautious and take necessary precautions.
